While the left brain – the logical brain – helps us make our living, it is the right brain – the creative brain that provides us the right purpose to live – the Art, Music, Dance, Literature, Travel, Poetry, Photography, Acting – provides us the oxygen to the worthiness of life itself. For all those whose Right Brain is still active, who still long for the right kind of creative environment, Anthelion School of Art – has brought the concept of The Right Brain Club – TALON – for year-long engagement in creative events and activities.
All of us reach a stage in life, at some point in time (sometimes early, sometimes late), where we look forward to meet new people, in a new environment with whom our thoughts & frequencies match. Such an act of making new acquaintance becomes more delightful, if the event of meeting is during a creative conclave of mutual interest.
Again there are so many talents among us, who need the right platform to become visible, get the right connections & networks and receive the right guidance & mentoring from experts of respective fields to enter the professional world or even to showcase themselves publicly.
To address these twin issues – TALON – THE RIGHT BRAIN CLUB – shall help our members to get all year round creative opportunities (based on all activities guided by the Right (Creative) Brain of Human Body), to participate as – either a Performer or an Audience. The following are the basic set of events & activities that we keep organizing either by our self or through our partner organizations and all our members get access to these events & activities –
- Art Exhibitions, Workshops, Camps & Expeditions.
- Photography – Exhibitions, Workshops, Camps & Expeditions.
- Literary Fests, Talk Shows, Book Reading Sessions.
- Expert Talk Sessions on Interesting Topics.
- Yoga & Meditation Sessions.
- Wellness Sessions – Graphology Consultation, Music Therapy, Dance Therapy and Art Therapy Sessions.
- Performing Arts Programs – Workshops, Events in Music (Vocal / Instrumental / Both), Dance, Films, Acting & Dramatics.
- Martial Arts Workshops.
- Travel & Tourism based programs – Heritage Tourism, Cultural Tourism, Spiritual Tourism, Experience Tourism, Day-outs, Picnics, Walks etc.
- Human Library Sessions – Meeting new people of similar taste through networking and Adda.
These are the general set of programs we keep organizing. If you join these club, you shall –
- Get the information about our upcoming events in advance.
- Be able to join the program as audience or performer (subject to selection by committee).
- Be able to take benefits of individual consultancy services as per your special needs.
- Make new friends, acquaintance and networks or get mentors for yourself.

Cost of Joining the Club:
Joining Fees – ₹ 1,025/-.
Membership Fees – ₹ 1,025/- per year.
At the time of joining you have to pay ₹ 2,050/-. [This shall cover the Joining fees and the Membership for full ONE year from the time of joining]. After the completion of one year, you have to renew with Membership Fees only. If you don’t renew within 90 days of expiry, Joining Fees will have to be paid again.

Method 2: Using the All in One QR Code for Payment.

The kind of events & activities you can expect to experience here –
Exhibitions – We, along with our partners, work on different types of exhibitions on different forms or Art, Crafts, Sculptures and Photography. You can definitely participate as an Audience or Artist Participant.
Workshops – Different variety of workshops are the most exciting culture of Kolkata. From Art to Photography to Dance to Music to Acting to Literary – multifarious artforms are celebrated in Kolkata and workshops are the best place to nurture and explore new skills and meet new people. Definitely you will enjoy these.
Happiness Capsule – The Adda Session – The most indigenous event of TALON, where we meet at regular intervals and have story telling session, interesting talks on extremely interesting topics by experts and networking addas with unlimited supply of snacks, tea and coffee.
Expeditions – We organize interesting expeditions on Art, Photography and adventure sports for our members with interesting themes and locations through our partners.
Cultural & Literary Programs – We shall provide you access to interesting cultural and literary programs organized by our various partners across the year.
Other Events – We might come across interesting events and opportunities from the fields of Fine Arts, Performing Arts, Literature, Travel & Lifestyle, other than listed above. We will bring them to as and when they come.
Your Customized Creative Need – Other than participating in events and programs, as an esteemed member of the club, you might have specific creative need – be it learning a specific skill, getting a connect or seeking a mentor or may be simply looking for a counselling session or meeting someone new. We shall try to fulfill these need (to the extent of our possibility).
