Anthelion School of Art, an ISO 9001:2015 certified, MSME registered leading institution of Fine Arts renowned for its commitment to nurture creativity and excellence in the field of Fine Arts globally. Anthelion School of Art is now making its syllabus and teaching methodology available for private art schools across India. This transformative endeavor, known as the “Affiliation Program from Anthelion School of Art”, shall extend the reach of quality art education syllabus of Anthelion School of Art to every corner of the country (tier II cities, smaller towns, and villages), empowering local art-learning communities and fostering a vibrant art ecosystem.

In many rural and semi-urban areas of India, the scope of the art schools remains limited, hindering the potential growth and development of aspiring artists who take admission to these art schools. They are neither able to provide them with a strong university-equivalent curriculum, nor a nationally & professionally recognizable certificate. They also don’t get any opportunity to showcase their skills and talents through national-level Exhibitions, Workshops, Art-camps, and similar events.

What Affiliation Program offers to affiliate Art Schools:

Recognizing this gap, Anthelion School of Art has taken a proactive step to bridge it through its “Affiliation Program”. By partnering with Anthelion School of Art, art schools will be able to provide a world-class curriculum and syllabus for “Diploma in Fine Arts” for 13 years and above and “Junior Diploma in Fine Arts” for 8 to 12 years old. The program aims to provide them with the following necessary resources –

1. Our Syllabus – our syllabus has been developed after studying the BFA syllabus of 5 universities (Namely Calcutta University, Vishva Bharati University, Mumbai University, Vancouver School of Art, Canada and University of Art Academy, New York) and after restructuring the final syllabus had been weighted by the senior-most Artists of Kolkata & India. The affiliated schools will be teaching under the guiding syllabus provided by us.
2. We shall conduct the final examinations – for both Junior and Senior Diploma Programs. The internal examinations shall be conducted by the Art Schools under our guidance within their own scope. Some marks from the internal examinations shall go to the final examinations.
3. Teacher’s Training – we shall, from time to time, provide teachers with training and guidance programs to maintain the quality of Art Education and adherence to our Syllabus.
4. Branding and mention of the affiliated Art Schools on the main website of Anthelion School of Art.
5. Digital promotion of the Art Schools though our Facebook in the geographic locality of art schools.
6. Events – The best shortlisted and selected students of affiliated Art Schools will always be allowed to participate in all local, national, and international events of Anthelion School of Art.

One of the key benefits of the Affiliation Program is the access to Anthelion School of Art’s rich repository of educational resources, including curriculum modules, teaching methodologies, and faculty training programs. Affiliated schools will receive comprehensive support in curriculum development, ensuring alignment with industry standards and contemporary artistic trends.

Furthermore, the program will facilitate knowledge exchange and collaboration among affiliated institutions, fostering a dynamic community of educators and students. By sharing best practices, conducting workshops, and organizing collaborative projects, the Affiliation Program aims to enrich the educational experience and broaden the horizons of aspiring artists in smaller towns and villages.

In addition to academic support, the Affiliation Program will also focus on infrastructure development and capacity building. Anthelion School of Art will provide guidance and assistance in upgrading facilities, acquiring art supplies, and implementing technology-enabled learning solutions. By investing in the physical and technological infrastructure of affiliated schools, the program aims to create learning environments conducive to creativity and innovation.

Cost of Affiliation Program:

Registration fees (One Time) – ₹ 25,000 + GST (18%).

Annual Affiliation Fees – ₹ 25,000 + GST (18%) per year.

If the affiliate breaks the regularity of affiliation (through email / letter notice or through payment default), and later wants to rejoin the program, then Re-Joining (registration) fees will be ₹ 10,000 + GST and rejoining will be from first schedule.

Commission of Affiliate:

The affiliate art school shall get the following commission for every student registering for the final exams as follows:

Junior Diploma Program: 3 Year Program.

• Annual Internal Exam – fees ₹200 + GST – 50%
• Final Junior Diploma Exam – fees ₹ 5,000 + GST –
  • 20% during the first Affiliation Schedule (Year 1).
  • 30% during the second Affiliation Schedule (Year 2 & 3).
  • 40% during the third Affiliation Schedule (Year 4, 5 & 6)
  • 50% thereafter from the fourth Affiliation Schedule (Year 7 onwards).

Senior Diploma Program: 4 Year Program.

• Annual Internal Exam – fees ₹300 + GST – 50%
• Final Junior Diploma Exam – fees ₹ 10,000 + GST –
  • 20% during the first Affiliation Schedule (Year 1).
  • 30% during the second Affiliation Schedule (Year 2 & 3).
  • 40% during the third Affiliation Schedule (Year 4, 5 & 6)
  • 50% thereafter from the fourth Affiliation Schedule (Year 7 onwards).

Process:

If you own or run an Art School (or is planning to start a new one) anywhere in India and is willing to explore the Affiliation Program of Anthelion School of Art, you will have to first fill in the following Form and we shall call you back for a discussion.

Step 1: We will need to understand your current situation – number of centers with available infrastructure, number of students, average new admissions every year, typical fee structure, current syllabus followed, number of available tutors, background and experience of tutors, current marketing strategies etc.

Step 2: We shall propose our syllabus, required infrastructure, required teacher quality and examination procedures and we shall discuss the gaps with the current system.

Step 3: We shall discuss the cost structure and terms 7 conditions.

Step 4: If you agree with all the above, then we sign the Agreement, thereafter you deposit the Registration Fees and Affiliation Fees for Year 1. We shall then issue the Affiliation Registration Documents.

Note: The first Affiliation Registration Document shall be issued for One year. The Second Affiliation Registration Document shall be issued for Two years and the Third one for Three years. The Fourth one onwards every Affiliation Registration Document shall be issued for Four years only.

Step 5: Launch of the Affiliation Program –

Now we launch the affiliation program for you with following steps –

• Implementation of necessary infrastructure development with your institute nameplate mentioning “Affiliated to Anthelion School of Art, Kolkata”.
• Developing a systematic registration process with issuance of Syllabus to new joinees.
• Training of Tutors on our syllabus.
• Inclusion of your institute details in our website and social media platforms.
• Digital promotion for one full month in your region.
• Setting up the documentation process for examinations and student records.
