ONLINE ART CLASSES FROM ANTHELION SCHOOL OF ART

Anthelion School of Art has introduced “Two Years Online Diploma in Fine Arts” from May 2020. Now anyone (between age 13 – 80 years) from anywhere in the world can register for our Online Program. Currently we have only One Program in Online Section – TWO YEARS ONLINE DIPLOMA IN FINE ARTS.

DURATION:

The course shall be of 100 weeks in which student shall be allotted one mentor who shall guide the student thoroughly. Most of the interactions shall be happening through WhatsApp and hence having a WhatsApp number is very important.

NOTE: The duration of 100 weeks is tentative and shall depend on the student. As and when the student feels that he/she has completed the syllabus and is ready for the examination, the student may apply for the same. We shall conduct the exam and provide the certificate.

PROCESS:

Every week student shall receive TWO sets of assignments through WhatsApp which he/she shall complete, take photograph and submit back through WhatsApp and shall also receive feedback on. But after the two sets of assignments, the student will also get an One-on-One Video Call through WhatsApp with the mentor where all issues regarding week’s work shall be discussed and knowledge regarding grammar, skills, visualization and other related syllabus matters shall be conveyed and communicated.

The process shall be repeated again next week and every week for 100 weeks. The progress shall be planned in accordance to our SYLLABUS.

You shall also receive various articles and video content during the 100 weeks to aid your learning and understanding of concepts and theoretical aspects of the course.

EVALUATION:

After the completion of the 100 weeks (or when the student feels ready), the student will apply for the examination by paying the examination fees and we shall conduct a customized test for the student that will consist of –

  1. Theory Examination – 30 marks
  2. Practical Examination – 40 marks
  3. Project & Viva – 30 marks

Three separate evaluations (each after every 6 months)  with only Practical Projects shall also be conducted during the learning phase.

At the end we shall aggregate the final marks based on the following formula –

  1. Evaluation 1 – 10%
  2. Evaluation 2 – 10%
  3. Evaluation 3 – 10%
  4. Final Exam (Theory + Practical + Project & Viva) – 70%

The final certification will be based on the following performance –

  1. Marks Obtained – 96 & above – Distinction with Gold Medal
  2. Marks Obtained – 91 to 95 – Distinction
  3. Marks Obtained – 81 to 90 – First Class
  4. Marks Obtained – 71 to 80 – Second Class
  5. Marks Obtained – 61 to 70 – Third Class
  6. Marks Obtained – 51 to 60 – Average Pass
  7. Marks Obtained – 31 to 50 – Pass
  8. Marks Obtained – 30 or below – Fail

Soft Copy of the Certificate shall be emailed and hard copy shall be couriered within 30 days of declaration of result.

OTHER FACILITIES:

All students participating in Online Courses shall get the same benefits and value as classroom courses. The syllabus and mentors are the same. They too shall get the opportunities to participate in all our Exhibitions, Workshops, Competitions and other Programs.

FEES & PAYMENT:

The fee structure for TWO YEARS ONLINE DIPLOMA IN FINE ARTS is as follows –

Course Fees (for Indian Students) –

  1. Admission Fees – Rs. 1025/-
  2. Tuition Fees – Rs 1025 / Month*
  3. Examination Fees – Rs 5000/-

Course Fees (for International** Students) –

  1. Admission Fees – USD 50
  2. Tuition Fees – USD 45 / Month*
  3. Examination Fees – USD 120

ALL FEES ONCE PAID ARE ABSOLUTELY NON-REFUNDABLE. NO DISCUSSION, DEBATE OR ARGUMENT IN THIS MATTER SHALL BE ENTERTAINED. SO PLEASE LEARN ALL ASPECTS, THINK, DECIDE & THEN TAKE ADMISSION.

*Please note that our payment cycle is 1st of the month to the last day of the month. So if you are taking admission in the middle of the month, then you have to pay Rs 2050/- (1025 for Admission Fees & 1025 for first month tuition fees) or USD 95**, at the time of admission and the fees in the SECOND months shall be adjusted for the weeks you miss in admission month. Then from Month Three it shall be a normal Monthly Tuition Fees of Rs 1025/-.

All tuition fees to be paid in the first week of the month.

If Due date (7th of Calendar Month) is missed, a late fine of Rs. 25/day or USD 1/day** shall be imposed.

If payment is not received within the 30th of the month, registration shall get cancelled and readmission with Rs 500/- or USD 25** will be required.

Now if you have made up your mind to join our TWO YEARS ONLINE DIPLOMA IN FINE ARTS, you will first have to make the payment of Rs 2050/- (Admission fees of Rs 1025 + Tuition Fees for first month Rs 1025) through wither of the following Payment Methods and then fill the Registration Form given below with the Transaction Id received at the end of the Payment.
