Anthelion School of Art has introduced “Online Certificate Course” in Fine Arts from May 2020. Now anyone (between age 13 – 80 years) from anywhere in the world can register for our Online Program. From April 2022, we now introduce “Diploma in Fine Arts” as a separate Three Years Program. Currently we have only TWO Programs in Online Section – CERTIFICATE COURSE (Min. One Year) & DIPLOMA IN FINE ARTS (Exactly Three Years).

DURATION:

Professional Certificate Course (General Classes): Online

There is no definite time period of learning in the Professional Certificate Course Program, but minimum One Year of break free learning is absolutely necessary to be considered for evaluation and receiving a Certificate. Class format is as follows. You may keep learning as long as you may deem necessary (Typically 4 years for applying for exam).

Diploma in Fine Arts: Online

This course shall be of 150 weeks (6 semesters of 6 months each) in which student shall be allotted one mentor who shall guide the student thoroughly. Most of the interactions shall be happening through WhatsApp and hence having a WhatsApp number is very important.

NOTE: The duration of 150 weeks is tentative and shall depend on the student. As and when the student feels that he/she has completed the syllabus and is ready for the examination, the student may apply for the same. We shall conduct the exam and provide the certificate. No Breaks are possible in Diploma in Fine Arts program.

PROCESS (Class Format):

For both the “Professional Certificate Course” and “Diploma in Fine Arts“, the learning pattern is same. “Diploma in Fine Arts” has some additional features and syllabus-centric focus.

Every week student shall receive TWO sets of assignments through WhatsApp which he/she shall complete, take photograph and submit back through WhatsApp and shall also receive feedback on. But after the two sets of assignments, the student will also get an One-on-One Video Call (tentative 20-25 min.) through WhatsApp with the mentor where all issues regarding week’s work shall be discussed and knowledge regarding grammar, skills, visualization and other related syllabus matters shall be conveyed and communicated.

The process shall be repeated again next week and every week for 150 weeks, for the “Diploma in Fine Arts” students. The progress shall be planned in 6 semesters of 6 months each, in accordance to our SYLLABUS. For “Professional Certificate Course” students, classes shall be in same format but focus will be on teaching what the students want to learn and also on the basic skills of Fine Arts (Namely Modules 1 to 4) of our main Syllabus.

Students of “Diploma in Fine Arts” program shall also receive various articles and video content during the 150 weeks to aid your learning and understanding of concepts and theoretical aspects of the course.

Students of “Certificate Coursecan also apply forDiploma in Fine Arts” certificate through Examination and evaluation after completing the syllabus and at least 200 weeks (4 years) of learning and participating in at least 8 events (for Indian Residents only) organized by Anthelion School of Art.

DIFFERENCE OF TWO COURSES: ADDITIONAL FEATURES OF DIPLOMA PROGRAM

While “Professional Certificate Course” is a general learning program, which can keep on going for undefined period of time and certificate may be collected after a simple evaluation after completing at least One Year of Break-free Learning, the “Diploma in Fine Arts” is systematic syllabus driven program of 3 years (6 semesters of 6 months each) that provides the students with knowledge equivalent to any University based Bachelor in Fine Arts program with the the following additional facilities –

  1. “Diploma in Fine Arts” certificate.
  2. Complete Semester-wise, Syllabus-centric learning.
  3. Access to all our Study Materials & Learning Videos.
  4. (For Indian Students only) All events free* & Compulsory (for Exhibitions) during the course duration and access to all our events thereafter on cost basis for lifetime.

No Breaks are possible in Diploma in Fine Arts program.

EVALUATION & RECEIVING CERTIFICATE:

Professional Certificate Course:

After completing minimum of One Year of Break Free learning and at least TWO Exhibitions (or other events) organized by Anthelion School of Art, students of Professional Certificate program, whenever they feel they need the certificate, they can apply for evaluation and based on the evaluation, they get a “Professional Certificate in Fine Arts” from Anthelion School of Art. Learning and classes may continue even after collecting the certificate. Cost of evaluation & certificate –  1,000/- + GST.

Diploma in Fine Arts:

There will be two evaluations, at the end of Year 1 and Year 2 which shall be planned and conducted by the mentor in his/her format and results will be provided to us to be considered in the final certificate.

After the completion of the 150 weeks (6th Semester), the student will apply for the examination by filling the form and we shall conduct a customized test for the student that will consist of –

  1. Theory Examination – 30 marks
  2. Practical Examination – 40 marks
  3. Project & Viva – 30 marks

At the end, we shall aggregate the final marks based on the following formula –

  1. Evaluation 1 – 10% (to be conducted after Year 1)
  2. Evaluation 2 – 10% (to be conducted after Year 2)
  3. Event Evaluation – 10% (Marking through Grade system, over the event participation).
  4. Final Exam (Theory + Practical + Project & Viva) – 70%

The final certification will be based on the following performance –

  1. Marks Obtained – 96 & above – Distinction with Gold Medal (Ex)
  2. Marks Obtained – 91 to 95 – Distinction (A+)
  3. Marks Obtained – 81 to 90 – First Class (A)
  4. Marks Obtained – 71 to 80 – Second Class (B+)
  5. Marks Obtained – 61 to 70 – Third Class (B)
  6. Marks Obtained – 51 to 60 – Average Pass (C)
  7. Marks Obtained – 31 to 50 – Pass (D)
  8. Marks Obtained – 30 or below – Fail (F)

Soft Copy of the Certificate shall be emailed and hard copy shall be couriered within 30 days of declaration of result.

OTHER FACILITIES:

All students participating in Online Courses shall get the same benefits and value as classroom courses. The syllabus and mentors are the same. They too shall get the opportunities to participate in all our Exhibitions, Workshops, Competitions and other Programs.

FEES & PAYMENT:

Professional Certificate Course:

The fee structure for PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATE PROGRAM is as follows –

Course Fees (for Indian Students) –

  1. Annual Payment – of  18,000 /- + GST, for a year (Total 50 classes to be completed within a full calendar year).
  2. Monthly payment mode – Admission Fees – 3,000/- + GST; Tuition Fees – 2,000 /- + GST per month.
  3. All monthly Payment system has to be registered through eNACH (Bank EMI).
  4. Evaluation & Certificate Fees (Professional Certificate) – 1,000/- + GST.
  5. Evaluation & Certificate Fees (Diploma) – 10,000/- + GST.

Course Fees (for International** Students) –

  1. Annual Payment – of USD 540, for a year (Total 50 classes to be completed within a full calendar year).
  2. Monthly payment mode – Admission Fees – USD 50; Tuition Fees – USD 45 per month*.
  3. Evaluation & Certificate Fees (Professional Certificate) – USD 20.
  4. Evaluation & Certificate Fees (Diploma) – USD 120.

GST of 18% shall apply on all bills, invoices and Payments for Indian Students.

ALL FEES ONCE PAID ARE ABSOLUTELY NON-REFUNDABLE. NO DISCUSSION, DEBATE OR ARGUMENT IN THIS MATTER SHALL BE ENTERTAINED. SO PLEASE LEARN ALL ASPECTS, THINK, DECIDE & THEN TAKE ADMISSION.

*Please note that for monthly payment mode, our payment cycle is 1st of the month to the last day of the calendar month. So if you are taking admission in the middle of the month, then you have to pay 5,000/-+ GST (3,000 for Admission Fees & 2,000 + GST for first month tuition fees) or USD 95**, at the time of admission and the fees in the SECOND months shall be adjusted for the weeks you miss in admission month. Then from Month Three it shall be a normal Monthly Tuition Fees of 2,000/- + GST.

All monthly tuition fees to be paid in the first week of the month.

Late Fine Rules:

  • Payment within Due Date (7th of calendar month) – No Fine
  • Payment between 8th and 15th of calendar month – ₹ 100/- fine
  • Payment between 16th and 20th of calendar month – ₹ 250/- fine
  • Payment between 21st and end of calendar month – ₹ 500/- fine

For international students, late fine after missing the 7th of the month deadline will be USD 1/day**.

If payment is not received within the 30th of the month, registration shall get cancelled and readmission with ₹ 500/- + GST or USD 25** will be required.

Diploma in Fine Arts:

The fee structure for DIPLOMA IN FINE ARTS is as follows –

Course Fees (for Indian Students) –

  1. Total course fees – 1,35,000/- + GST (Payable in 6 parts semester wise)
  2. Fees per Semester is ₹ 22,500/- + GST.

GST of 18% shall apply on all bills, invoices and payments.

Course Fees (for International** Students) –

  1. Total course fees – USD 5100 (Payable in 6 parts semester wise)
  2. Fees per Semester is USD 850.

The fees for the first semester to be paid at the time of admission and fees for subsequent semesters to be paid by the end of the previous semester for learning process to run seamlessly.

If Due date (last day of the running semester) is missed, a late fine of ₹ (100 + GST)/day or USD 5/day** shall be imposed. No Breaks are possible in Diploma in Fine Arts program.
